How Commercial Quotes are Made
Phase 01.
Personalized Energy Assessment
We have a licensed HIS salesperson take a look at your energy bill and ask questions to best identify your needs and goals with the project.
Phase 02.
Design Formation & Site Survey
Once we have enough information to make a design, your salesperson will put together an estimate accurate to your needs. They will walk the property and identify any issues that may happen with the design.
Phase 03.
Finalize Agreement & Apply
Once the system has been agreed upon by both parties, an agreement will be finalized and an application will be filled out with SunProvider. Once signed, the job can officially progress.
Phase 04.
Permitting & Engineering
The design gets passed on from the HIS representative to a Site Engineer who draws an official map to submit for permitting. They will also fill out an application with your utility provider.
Phase 05.
Installation
SunProvider funds the installation team, and they begin working on install. Once the installation is complete, a final inspection occurs which marks the completion of work on the project.
Phase 06.
Operational
Payment starts 30 days after installation is complete. SunProvider grants access to login platform for maintenance requests. Energy savings begin.
